Return Policy

Exchange & Refund Policies

  • All Exchange requests need to be sent by email to support@johnsonfitnessme.com & will be subject to review and approval.
  • Exchange would be applicable considering the item is in original packing and uninstalled. Shipping fee of AED 300 & AED pull out charge of AED 500 will be charged in this case.
  • After the equipment is delivered, installed, and tested by the JHT team, exchange will not be applicable.
  • Order once placed, cannot be cancelled.
  • Return request to be made by sending an email within 7 days from the delivery of the product.

 

A) If the equipment received has a manufacturing defect/damage

You are requested to inform the JHT team within 72 Hours (3 Days) of receiving the equipment through email.

  • Team will send team for inspection of the defect.
  • Only return in case of defect. No refund.
  • Team will bear the re-shipping and repackaging fees.

 

B) Refund of the item

Refund is not supported by the company’s policy & would be applicable only in cases subject to approval

C) Refund process duration

  • In case a refund was approved and processed the amount will be refunded within 2-3 week in the original payment mode.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
